Breakdown
Below is the break of my schedule of what I hope to stick to. I have studio theatre from 3:00PM to 8:30PM, which should be ample time for me to get everything done. Though in my experience something always goes wrong which is why I've allocated 3 hours to filming time and plenty of time to get everything set up. I'm going to almost guarantee there will be a problem that stops us in our tracks somewhere, not to mention a few test shots to make sure the settings are perfect. Either way I will try stick to this schedule as much as possible and try get all my tasks completed.
3:00PM - 4:00PM
In the first hour I would like to get all of my equipment set up and ready to use (not in position). I would also like the actress to be ready in full make up and hopefully in outfit by this time.
4:00PM - 04:30PM
Quick talk to everyone about what the shots are, and where we are going to set up the equipment. Basically I want to ensure everyone knows what they are doing, I will also talk to my actress quickly about how she act in the scenes.
4:30PM - 05:00PM
Getting all equipment in position, as I don’t think it’s too need to move very much at all through the sequence. Camera needs to be fully set up as this point, in position and ready to record. As long I am happy with the look we can go ahead.
5:00PM - 08:00PM
The next three hours are all filming time, I am hoping that it won’t be nearly as long as this. I only require a half a dozen main shots and it’s the same motion but different angles.
8:00PM - 08:30PM
The last thirty minutes are for stripping down the set and getting everyone sorted, I am sure everything will be done at this point; it may not even take 30 minutes to take everything down.
